How to use Windows 8.1 themes in Windows 7
Although this theme has been designed only for Windows 8.1 and Windows RT 8.1, it is possible to use these images in Windows 7. Simply rename the theme file *.deskthemepack to *.zip and then extract the images from the compressed file to a new folder. That’s pretty much it.
