Before installing the update (formerly known as Blue) in your primarily PC, I highly recommend to read my previous article How to upgrade Windows 8 to Preview, to Windows 8.1 RTM, because upgrading to the Preview will have some consequences later on when the time comes to install Windows 8.1 RTM.
