The new integration of Google’s version of Siri was hinted by engineers after mentioning the feature in the latest release of Chromium. Currently there is a new option added to the back-end of Chromium (Chrome://flags) and it reads: “Google Now Windows, Chrome OS – Enable Google Now notifications support.”. Users can turn-on the feature now, but today it’s kind of useless because users have now the proper Google server to make it work. It’s possible that pretty soon we’ll be seeing Google Now integration throughout different platforms other than Android. For now it seems that it will be coming enabled in Chrome for Windows and in Chrome OS, Mac users will have to wait. However, there isn’t yet a specific date for the release of the feature to the public.
