In this short how-to article, you are going to learn the steps necessary to create a Windows 8 bootable USB drive or bootable DVD — which is not complicated: First, if you haven’t done it yet, you’ll need to download a copy of Windows 8 Developer Preview that will be in an ISO image file format. Then head to the Microsoft Store page and download the USB/DVD Download Tool, which is a little application that is capable of putting the ISO image onto a bootable USB drive for installation.
