In the announcement the company states that they heard the feedbacks and admitted that it has been “too conservative about pushing builds to the Fast ring for Windows Insiders”. Now, Insiders who choose Fast will get updates more often, with all the new features and fixes, however the company isn’t clarifying how often it will be. Also the company warns users that the downside of getting new Technical Preview builds faster will cause code to include more bugs and “fewer workarounds”. For all those users who don’t like this idea, the company recommends to stay or move to the Slow ring.
