Starting today you will notice a new Share link when you hover over a circle on the Google+ Circle page. Now when you click the link, you can add a comment and choose who to share the circle with. Google also has noted that this new feature only shares the members of the circle that the user is about to share, but it does not share the name of the circle and any other changes you make to it. The circle will also remain private, so you can breathe easier now if you named the circle something that will make some people uncomfortable.
