NBCUniversal announced this week that it will provide 11-hours of Super Bowl, which means that you will be able to watch the pre-game show, halftime show, and the main event, the Super Bowl game. Only for those in United States NBC will stream the Super Bowl via web browser on their PC and tablet (Adobe Flash Player required). Mobile phones are missing from the list of available streaming, because NBC cannot live stream the game because Verizon Wireless has exclusive rights to stream the NFL game to smartphones. The live stream will also include the advertisements only for digital viewers and some that are airing on regular TV. These ads will also be available for viewing separately on NBC.com, YouTube and Hulu. The Super Bowl will begin at 12pm on February 1 and it will end the same day at 10pm Eastern Time. It will come free, as a marketing campaign from NBC to promote its new “TV Everywhere” service, which offers all day every day live streaming on content owned by NBC.
