These three new computers feature Intel processors and far-field voice technology to improve interaction with Cortana.
Lenovo Yoga 920 and Yoga 720
The Yoga 920 is Lenovo’s latest flagship device, and it comes with up to an Intel’s eighth-generation Core i7 processor with up to 16GB of memory and 1TB of SSD storage. It only weighs 3.02 pounds, and it has a very thin profile at 13.95mm thick with a metal unibody design in platinum, copper, or bronze colors choices. This device also includes a 13.9-inch display with option of a 4K or 1080p resolution with narrow bezels. Lenovo’s newest convertible also includes the Active Pen 2 with support for 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity that you can use to create and annotate using Windows Ink. Additionally, the Yoga 920 include far-field voice technology that allows you to interact with Cortana up to four meters away and while in standby mode (available with the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update). Pricing for the Lenovo Yoga 920 starts at $1399, and it’s expected to be available in October. Then there is also the Lenovo Yoga 720, which is a mid-range convertible device that now comes in a 12-inch variant in addition to the 13-inch and 15-inch models already available. The 12.5-inch 1080p convertible laptop comes with up to an Intel Core i7 seventh-generation processor, up to 8GB of memory, two USB ports (Type-A and Type-C), and there is also a fingerprint reader built-in with support for Windows Hello, and with the right stylus you can create and annotate using Windows Ink. As for battery life, Lenovo claims up to 8 hours on a single charge. Pricing for the Yoga 720 starts at $649, and it’s expected to be available sometime in October.

Lenovo Miix 520
The Lenovo Miix 520 is a significant refresh over the previous version, and it’s now a great alternative to the Surface Pro. The 12.2-inch tablet featuring a 1080p display is powered by an Intel’s eighth-generation Core i7 quad-core processor with 8GB of memory and 256GB of storage. Unlike Microsoft’s Surface Pro, the Miix 520 includes an USB Type-C port, active pen, detachable keyboard, and there is an optional 3D camera. Like the Surface Pro, the Miix 520 features adjustable kickstand that uses Lenovo’s signature watchband hinge usually used on the Yoga line. Lenovo is also offering a LTE version of the Miix 520. Similar to the Yoga line, the new tablet includes far-field voice technology that not only allows you to interact with Cortana up to four meters away and while in standby mode (available with the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update). Pricing for the Miix 520 starts at $999.99, and it’s expected to be available in October.

Lenovo Windows Mixed Reality headset
Just like most computer manufacturers we’re seeing at IFA this year, Lenovo is also getting into the mixed reality market with its own Windows Mixed Reality headset known as the Explorer, which will be available for $349 without motion controllers, or $449 bundled with the essential controllers for best experience. The headset supposed to be plug-and-play as Windows 10 includes native support for mixed reality and there is not complicated setup. The mixed reality headset from Lenovo also features two 1440×1440 displays, and support for Cortana. Lenovo is expected to release its headset in October at a starting price of $349.
