The Ultra PC will be available later this year, but many of its features are yet to be announced. Thus far we know that it is really light, it only weights 2.16 pounds and it features a gorgeous 13.3-inch 1920 x 1080 pixels Full-HD IPS display. The only drawback is that it won’t feature a touchscreen and since the extra bezel won’t be needed to do touch gestures in Windows 8.1, LG had the great idea of shaving the extra, so the bezel of the Ultra PC is only 4.4mm on its sides.

As for processing power the LG Ultrabook model 13Z940 will house the latest Intel Haswell Core i5, though it might be also configurable up to Core i7, but we’ll have to wait a couple of months and see. The device also features 2 USB 3.0 and 1 micro USB ports, and HDMI. Overall the design is very clean with a very nice bottom — no visible screws or fan vents –. For what I heard and read, the trackpad works really well and LG has also a unique feature called “Reading Mode” which dims the screen for better reading experience. The LG Ultra PC comes in three colors: white, pink, and silver. Price and availability will be revealed soon.
