Apple is known to release a version of its operating system through the OS X Developer Program and then through the OS X Beta Program, and while in the past public betas of the Mac OS X were not updated as often as the version for developers, now it seems that things are about change. On July 8th, the company released its third developer beta (OS X 10.11 El Capitan) and it’s likely that Apple will continue to roll out new builds every two weeks until the fall when it releases the final version to users. “El Capitan” will also include a mechanism for users to submit feedback and to report issues.
