The update with the new dashboard is scheduled to roll out in November, and it seems that to prepare the software for its final release, Microsoft needs all the help it can get, as such it’s now opening the opt-in program for all participants of the Xbox One Preview Program. This means that you won’t have to be waiting for an invite anymore. This is according to Microsoft’s Partner Director of Program Management, Xbox and Windows Platform, Mike Ybarra, who sent a Tweet on October 16th, saying that in the next 24 hours opted in for Windows 10 on Xbox One will be in. https://twitter.com/XboxQwik/status/655098922499575808 The new experience features Windows 10 at the core, and it makes the overall experience faster and more complete. The new dashboard moves away from the tile design in favor to a more Windows 10 like experience. Opening up the testing program to previewers signals that today Microsoft has a more stable product, and it’s getting closer to completion. If you’re part of the Xbox One Preview Program keep checking your Xbox One notifications, as you will soon get the message to install the New Xbox One Experience (NXOE) in your console.
