For those unfamiliar, the 6Wunderkider startup was acquired by Microsoft back in June 2015, they are the guys behind the cloud-based task list manager Wunderlist. The app not only works on Windows 10, but there is a version for Android, iOS and Mac OS X, you can even access all your tasks on web app – very convenient. Wunderlist for Windows 10 is available for free through the Windows Store, but with limited features. As such with the free version you can create a many to-do lists and tasks as you like, but you’re limited on the customization and collaboration features, while Wunderlist Pro offers extended features like add files of any size, assign to-dos to more than 25 people, unlimited subtasks, and you have more background choices. Wunderlist Pro costs $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year. Although, there’re a few restrictions, the free version of the popular to-do list manager should be more than enough for most individuals. The Pro version aims to those group of people who need to work on big projects. I’ve used the Wunderlist app in the past, but months ago I have switched all my note-taking and to-do lists to OneNote, but there is no match on what Wunderlist can do, it does one thing and it does well, I personally like Microsoft to bring some of those features to OneNote. The beta version of the app has been redesigned to match the design language we’re seeing on many of the Windows 10 universal apps, specially the built-in apps created by Microsoft. Even though it’s not a complete version, it works very well, but I did have some issues trying to connect with my Microsoft Account, which I fixed by creating a new account using the same account.
