The new update will bring a few new features, and they include:
New look and feel user interface and better browsing experience. ESPN on Xbox Live.* Netflix Search.* Zune Music.* Better voice quality on chat. Better Gamertag creation. Easier wireless networking. Updates for the forthcoming Kinect and much more.
For your information, every user, no matter the location, should be able to get the update. If for any reason you cannot update to the new Xbox 360 Dashboard, be patient and try again a little bit later, as a lot of people may be trying to get the update at once.
