The Surface Pro 4 shares a lot of hardware similarities with the Surface Book, as such in this release the Surface Pro 4 includes all the same updates as I’m listing above for the Surface Book, plus the following update.

Fingerprint Cards AB driver: “increase stability of fingerprint sensor when keyboard is resuming from sleep.”

The Surface Update History page for both devices also explains that the company is rolling out the driver updates on stages, which means that not everyone will get the new updates at the same time.
