New pre-release version of Windows 8.1 Update 1 leaked onto the web revealing the final features and changes that the software giant is planning to include in the next small-major update for its operating system. Also new information from sources familiar to the development claim that Microsoft is delaying “Update 1” until April. For those Xbox 360 owners with subscription to Xbox Live Gold on February are getting two new free games: Dead Island and Toy Soldiers: Cold War. Also Microsoft already announced that Xbox One will be receiving a fresh new update on February 11th to bring some additional features and system improvements. Finally a beta version of Mozilla’s Firefox optimized for Windows 8 touchscreens has been released and it’s ready for testing. The Metro version of Firefox is simple and it works somewhat well, though to be honest I find Internet Explorer to be a lot better and more mature modern web browser.
