The new build of Windows 10 is from the winmain branch and the ISO file is only available with the Chinese language pack. It’s worth pointing out that a higher number not always means better, even though build 10102 has a higher number we’ve seen on leaks version of Windows 10, it doesn’t include all the features spotted in build 10074, which also leaked very recently.
