The new updated icons make a step back to the ones the company introduced in the previous builds of the operating system. Now the new icons have a more familiar look to what users were used to see in Windows 8 and Windows 7, but they have a more Windows 10 feeling. While the Recycle Bin remains with the same look, virtually all the other icons have been updated. As now, there is a new icon for File Explorer, This PC, Network, Folders, Devices and Drives, Quick Access, and more. Here is a screenshot with the icons style up to Windows 10 build 10122:
