According to the release notes there is no software updates on this build, and this is expected as we’re getting closer to Windows 10 RTM and Microsoft is only focusing on fixing bugs around the operating system. Although, Windows 10 build 10154 is mostly about fixing bugs, the notes reveal that build 10154 still includes a number of known issues we have seen in previous build, and a number of new issues, such as:

In Microsoft Edge, you cannot easily collapse and expand history group headers using the keyboard, or Narrator does not handle password management well If you fail to connect to a wireless network, you cannot navigate using the keyboard After a device upgrade, synchronization with many files and folders may cause problems with OneDrive A crash occurs if you create a new Outlook message with JAWS is running

In the gallery you’ll see a number of new screenshots from build 10154, but you won’t see any significant changes, as everything shown we have seen before on previous official releases or on leaks. However, you’re going see that this build includes what it appears a working version of the Phone Companion apps, which Microsoft will make available for users to connect any phone (e.g., iPhone, Android, and Windows Phone) to Windows 10 and even to help users to install Cortana on Android and iPhone devices. It worth pointing out that while Windows Insiders aren’t likely to see this build as a public release, it’s just a matter of time before we see Windows 10 build 10154 or newer build ISO files ready for download on file sharing and torrent sites  Source WZor (link 1), (link 2) All content on this site is provided with no warranties, express or implied.
