Settings will crash at times after enabling Developer Mode. Some notifications may not show the corresponding notification. Microsoft Edge downloads may get stuck at 99 percent on large files. Narrator and other screen reader apps can fail to read menu options or selected text in different apps. Visual Studio emulator for HoloLens and Windows 10 Mobile will not work.

Windows 10 build 14316 for PC is available immediately through the Fast ring.
