Picture-in-Picture
Compact overlay is a new mode that Microsoft is including on build 15031, and it allows developers to add a compact view for Windows Store apps. This way, you can continue to do other things, such as watching a movie or having a Skype video call while you’re checking your emails. Microsoft notes that later on Movies & TV and Skype Preview apps will get an update to support Picture-in-Picture.
Settings
In this release, Microsoft is officially introducing Dynamic Lock, which is a new feature that automatically locks your device when you’re not around based on the proximity of a Bluetooth-paired phone. When your Bluetooth-paired phone is not found near your device, Windows 10 turns off the screen and locks the PC after 30 seconds. To enable Dynamic Lock, you must connect your phone via Bluetooth to your Windows 10 PC, and then go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options and turn on the toggle switch for Dynamic lock.

The share button has been updated with a new look to make it easier to identify.
Game bar
The Game bar experience remains exactly the same, but Microsoft is adding support for 52 new games in full-screen. Windows 10 build 15031 is available immediately through the Fast ring. It’ll download and install automatically on your PC, but you can always force the update from Settings > Update & security > Windows Update and clicking the Check for updates button.
