This particular build includes all the new features and changes that became available with build 17692 in the Fast ring. However, you’ll notice that the build number is slightly higher, and it’s because the company has been preparing this Redstone 5 preview to pass the quality level required to be available in the Slow ring. Although there are no ISO files for Windows 10 build 17692.1004, the update is available immediately through the Slow ring. This preview build will download and install automatically on your device, but you can always force the update from Settings > Update & security > Windows Update and clicking the Check for updates button.
