Start menu

3D Viewer. Calculator. Calendar. Groove Music. Mail. Movies & TV. Paint 3D. Snip & Sketch. Sticky Notes. Voice Recorder.

Previously, you were only to uninstall these:

Microsoft Solitaire Collection. My Office. OneNote. Print 3D. Skype. Tips. Weather.

Troubleshoot

During the October 2018 Update development, Windows 10 briefly introduced an option in the Troubleshoot settings page to allow the OS automatically fix common problems. Starting with build 18262, the feature is back in the Settings app. According to Microsoft: “This feature uses diagnostic data you send to deliver a tailored set of fixes matching problems we detect on your device and will automatically apply them to your PC.”

Narrator

Caps + Ctrl + Period (.) to Read next sentence. Caps + Ctrl + Comma (,) to Read current sentence. Caps + Ctrl + M to Read previous sentence.

Additional improvements

Alongside the new features and improvements, this preview for Windows 10 version 1903 bundles a few extra changes. In addition, you’ll see separate options for installing the Speech recognition and Text-to-speech features, when these features are available for the language. The Printers & Scanners settings page have been updated with a link to open the troubleshooter in case you need it.
