Windows 10 build 19577 is a small update that brings changes to the diagnostic settings to increase transparency on the data that Microsoft collects about devices. For example, starting with this flight, the “Basic diagnostic data” is now known as “Required diagnostic data” and “Full diagnostic data” has changed to “Optional diagnostic data.” If you use the “Optional diagnostic data” option, then you can also control the data you send to Microsoft more granularly using Group Policy.
