The newer build shows new animations when maximizing and minimizing windows, new context menu, unified Settings app, and the new kernel version 10.0. One thing worth noting is that this new build circling around file sharing sites is not meant for the public. Windows 10 is buggy as it is and running an unreleased version could cause a lot issues and it’s not supported by Microsoft. As such if you download the ISO file for Windows 10 build 9888 from torrent sites or any other file sharing site, install at your own risk.
