According to a Tweet from Microsoft’s Gabriel Aul, Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.63 doesn’t contain any new features, instead it fixes a number of problems and a few other things “per device model.” And we can see that the build number changes from 10586.36 to 10586.63.

As you can see there aren’t major changes in this release, but some people are also noting that the new build actually feel faster and more complete, which would make sense considering that the company is close to finally release the mobile operating system to the public.
