Currently the August quality update is available for devices enrolled in the Release Preview ring of the Windows Insider Program, but eventually, it’ll roll out to everyone. KB4032188 bumps the version number of Windows 10 to build 15063.502, and it addresses a lot of issues, including problems with the default file system, traditional desktop applications not working with Bluetooth, device drivers not loading, video playback using Microsoft Edge, hardware encryption, memory leak, and many more.

Microsoft has announced KB4032188 in its support site, and it’s referred as “July 31, 2017—KB4032188 (OS Build 15063.502)”. If you’re already running the Windows 10 Creators Update (version 1703) on your PC and phone, this update will only address these issues:
Addressed problem where NTFS sparse files were unexpectedly truncated. Also chkdsk has been updated to detect which files are corrupted. Fixed issue where the IME pad was not launching correctly in the Microsoft Edge. Addressed problem to allow Win32 applications to work with various Bluetooth LE devices. Fixed issue where a service using a Managed Service Account (MSA) fails to connect to the domain. Addressed problem where a drive that utilizes on-drive hardware encryption would not automatically unlock at system startup. Fixed issue with the Mobile Device Manager Enterprise. Addressed problem where device drivers are not loading. Fixed a reliability issue when playing spatial sound content. Fixed issue to enable support in the DevDetail Configuration Service Provider to return the UBR number in the D part of the SwV node. Addressed problem with a dropped key on Microsoft Surface Keyboard and Microsoft Surface Ergo Keyboard, and addressed Wacom active pen connection failures. Fixed MP4 compatibility issue while playing content from a social media site in Microsoft Edge. Addressed problem with audio headsets connected to a device through Xbox 360 controllers. Fixed reliability issue with launching a Settings app. Addressed problem with notifications for an activity tracker. Fixed issue with video playback artifacts on mobile devices. Addressed problem with Skype calls becoming unresponsive. Fixed issue where “cipher.exe /u” fails on client machines that are deployed with InTune, Windows Information Protection (WIP), and an updated Data Recovery Agent (DRA) certificate. Addressed problem when Surface Hub enters Sleep mode and then resumes. Fixed issue where some Windows Forms (WinForms) applications that use DataGridView, Menu controls, or call a constructor for a Screen object experienced performance regressions in .NET 4.7. Addressed problem where Magnifier Lens users cannot click on buttons or select web content in Microsoft Edge or Cortana results. Fixed issue introduced in the June updates where some applications may not launch when a device resumes from Connected Standby mode.
How to download this Windows 10 update
Windows 10 build 15063.502 (KB4032188) for PCs and mobile devices is available immediately. The new update will download and install automatically, but you can always force the update from Settings > Update & security > Windows Update and clicking the Check for updates button.
