Windows 10 build 17133 in the Slow ring doesn’t introduc new changes or new features, but it’s stable enough to be in Slow ring. Microsoft explains that with this rollout the team is testing the deployment of the feature update to customers. As a result, not every tester in the Slow ring will get the update on day-one automatically, but it’ll be available broadly to Insiders on Monday, April 2, 2018. It’s worth pointing out this flight will not longer appear as preview of the Redstone 4 development, instead the update will be listed as “Feature update for Windows 10, version 1803.” You can check the complete set of improvements for Windows 10 Insider Preview build 17133 at the Windows Blog.
