According to the official notes, build 22489 for Windows 11 begins the rollout of the new “Your Microsoft account” settings page. The company also says that starting with this flight, it’s moving the Dev Channel back to the active development branch (RS_PRERELEASE), meaning that you are going to get more buggy updates since the team is currently working on adding more features and improvements to Windows 11.
