Build 25231 for Windows 11, according to the official changes, brings improvements to the tablet taskbar experience and fixes problems with the System Tray, Settings, and more.  In addition, the company is also making available an update that allows you instantly access your mobile phone’s hotspot on your computer from the Phone Link app. The feature allows you to connect to your phone’s hotspot without reaching your phone without configuring the device or typing passwords.  The new feature currently requires a Samsung device with One UI 4.1.1+ and wireless and Bluetooth adapters on the computer. You can try it out from the Phone Link settings > Features > Instant Hotspot.

If you want to download and install the Windows 11 build 25231, enroll your device in the Dev Channel using the “Windows Insider Program” settings from the “Windows Update” section.
