Calls is available for Android phones running version 7.0 or higher, and you’ll need a Windows 10 device running the latest update of version 1903 with a Bluetooth adapter. In addition to making calls right from your computer, the Calls feature for Your Phone also allows you to transfer calls between your PC and phone, and you can even access your recent call history from your computer. Once you update the app to the latest version and your devices meet the minimum requirements, you’ll notice a new “Calls” option in the left pane of the Your Phone app, which brings up your recent history as well as a dial pad to make calls. If someone is trying to reach you, you’ll see a notification banner that allows you to accept, decline, or message the person. The feature was first unveiled during the Samsung Unpacked event for select phones, then Microsoft showed off a demo during the Surface event, and it’s now available for testers. However, the ability to make calls from your computer still under development, and it may not work as expected with certain calls.
